SEIROS Group of Companies is the largest corporate group in all of Fodlan. Their company portfolio is so diverse that their reach stretches all across the Empire, Kingdom and Alliance. As part of their mission to develop socio-economic prosperity in the continent, they created a program to help create and grow start-up businesses by promising young, aspiring entrepreneurs.
Garreg Mach Labs was spearheaded by SEIROS Corp. founder and CEO, Rhea Seiros in 2019. Among hundreds of applicants, three final teams were selected to take part in a year long business incubator program where the they will be fully funded and mentored by acclaimed professionals from the SEIROS company hierarchy.

An online legal startup that targets individuals, families and small-medium enterprises. Their services include a database of online legal documents, help guides, and immediate, 24/7 legal response. They can also put you in contact with a credited legal aid networks within your area for any concerns you may have.
Chief Executive Officer: Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd
Son of the founder of Blaiddyd Legal Group Holdings, LLC; was expected to take over his father’s role after he passed away but requested a few gap years from the board of directors to pursue his own legal startup company
Wanted to take a more active role serving the people & together with his friends from law school, created the company to provide more accessible legal services

A management consulting startup with roots as an in-house department at Hresvelg & Company, but now seeks to branch out to other markets. They provide advice and strategies on high-level corporate decisions based on thorough internal audits and deep industry knowledge.

Heiress to Hresvelg & Company, an international consultancy firm where she still works on a freelance basis
Separated her team from H&Co for them to be able to scale down their prices, making their services more affordable to smaller, private companies & governmental departments with special rates for non-profit organizations

A marketing and public relations startup with a growing network of international agencies scattered across the Leicester Alliance. They develop brands, build online and offline corporate images, expand company reach and visibility, but most importantly, they provide highly extensive market & industry analyses to ensure their clients stay competitve in the game.
Founder: Claude von Riegan
Heir to a large, holding company located in another continent (Claude has yet to divulge the company’s name to his fellow participants); the company is so powerful that it could even rival SEIROS Corp.
Instead of a hierarchal approach to the organization structure, he designed the team as a holacracy where there are no clear assignments—only roles to be filled. (departments were only named to let the team know which areas of the company they’re working on)
