In between reality and fantasy

I always wonder. Was that a dream? It felt like it. But it also felt real. The talk we just had Felt like a dream. It's weird. I haven't had it recently, But I had moments. Moments where I didn't know who I was. I just lost myself. I felt like I was watching myself, Except through a screen. It always scared me, Panicked every time. I don't think I've had one of those moments in front of my friends. Or if I have, I hid it somehow. But I'm always fearful Of when it happens next.
