🚨 Life hack alert! 🚨 Wanna sleep like a baby without popping 3 Advil every night? 👶 At least twenty minutes before you go to sleep, turn off anything that produces a lot of light (computer screens and phones especially!!) Research shows that light can seriously disrupt your sleep. That’s because your body produces more melatonin - the chemical that makes you sleep better - when your eyes haven’t been exposed to harsh light. I’ve been trying this out for a week now, and I’ve got to say I’m catching a lot more ZZZ’s 😴 When you sleep good, you live good! TODAY - I promised myself that I will not stress out over things I can’t control 🙌😌 Last week was a freaking ROLLERCOASTER of emotions for me 🤪🎢 and I am so ready for a fresh week and a fresh start.
