is there a fic that just completely wrings you out?

Right now what's coming to mind is how we're stuck in entropy by @shineforthee

It's one of those where I find myself so very lost for words, and like, I wind up feeling wrung out but in the best way.

(And then, during pointed intervals, you're sort of hung out to dry in the good way, where the air feels fresh and you're billowing... which just makes the next emotional moment even more squeezey squeezey ow.)

My therapist pulled this card for me a while back and it was just so perfect.

This week we discussed how things feel like they’re going right for me. I feel like I have arrived to a good place where I don’t feel threatened by some unseen thing, or bogged down by anxiety and worry about things I’m trying to change. Sure there are still things I’m trying to change but it feels like I’m coming from a very solid place to do so.

However, it almost feels too good be to true. I have the voice in the back of my head asking what’s going to go wrong next? I remain hyper vigilant as if I can’t or don’t know how to enjoy a nice thing.

So my homework this week is to explore what feeling good is like and how to continue to embrace that and what it means and how I can enjoy it.

Of course all it means is that insecure white men bother me with messages like this, as if my asian body is free use from the get go 🤣😵🤣

Someone just referred to feelings as "fee fees." Example: "She said his feet smelled like stale pepper jack and it hurt his fee fees."
