Enjoy the classic flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in pizza form! This sheet pan pizza is easy to make and perfect for feeding a hungry crowd. It's loaded with ground beef, crispy bacon, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and pickles, all topped with a tangy special sauce.
Ingredients: 1 sheet pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 pound ground beef. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Roll out the pizza dough onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, stretching it to fit the pan. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, diced onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced dill pickles over the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. While the pizza is baking, mix together the ketchup and yellow mustard in a small bowl to make a special sauce. Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle the special sauce over the top, and let it cool for a minute before slicing. Slice and serve your delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Sheet Pan Pizza!
