Fucked around and started a new story (vomit tw)
Towards the end of the second week, Jose had gathered up the courage to flirt with the cute blonde lunch lady. He waited until everyone else had been served so he could approach the counter and have a proper conversation with her without holding up the line. "What's on the menu for today?" he asked.
"Chili cheese dogs, fries, mashed potatoes...boy, do we love our potatoes here. Green beans in gravy dressed with bacon bits…" His eyes bugged. Damn, even the vegetables here were fattening. "And for dessert, chocolate eclairs that I made myself from scratch!"
"It all sounds great, doll," he said, doing a great job of hiding how intimidated he was by the calorific spread before him. "So, how long have you been a baker?"
"I'm actually a field manager for a staffing agency, but they sent me to this gig for three weeks before I start my yearly trip up the river bartending on a steamboat cruise because I asked them for more line level work," she said. "Come to think of it, I'm out to my boss as a feeder. She probably sent me here because she knew I'd enjoy the eye candy."
"A manager? I love a woman with authority." He smirked. "Name's Jose. Can I get yours, or will 'sweetheart' do?"
She turned pink at his forwardness. "Actually, I'm at a point where I'm getting a little political in my time away from work, and I don't want it to get out to my potential constituents that I'm taking a job like this. But if you've been in the feedist community for a while, you might know me as Winter."
Freddie, who had come back to the counter for seconds, gaped at her. "ColderEveryWinter?"
She smiled. "The very same."
"Bro," said Freddie, clapping Jose on the shoulder with a force that moved him an inch on the ground. You wouldn't guess it by looking at him, but he had to have a good amount of muscle built up under all that flab, probably a consequence of getting used to carrying all that weight around. "This lady is the first name in gainer fiction on the internet. Not that you'd know anything about that." He turned back to Winter and said, "This dude is a rookie to the community. He started this gaining thing to help him hide from the cops."
Jose flushed with embarrassment. He had been playing it so smooth! Why had Freddie had to come and screw it up for him?
"Loved 'Packingtown'. Great balance of fat scenes mixed with political activism," Freddie went on. Winter, however, had returned her attention to Jose.
"¡No me digas! Why is it always these criminal types with me?" she sighed, chuckling and shaking her head.
Ah, so she was used to the bad boys? She seemed to be in good humor...maybe he had a shot after all. "What are you?" he asked curiously.
"Married, for one thing."
Undeterred, he said, "No, I mean, you look like you have some Asian heritage…¿por que hablas Español?"
"Aprendí con la cocinera en la casa de mi tía," she explained. "But if you're curious, yes, I have some Vietnamese in me."
"You want some Hispanic in you, too?"
Freddie made the 'cut it out' gesture, and perhaps that was a good call. Her patience was wearing thin. She narrowed her eyes and said, "Just tell me what you want to eat."
Maybe he could salvage this. She had said she was a feeder, right? "Gimme two dogs with extra cheese and extra chili on both, a serving of each of the sides, some extra butter on the mash, a dessert, and a pint of heavy cream, please!"
"Are you sure you don't want the half-and-half?" she asked in disbelief. And sure, despite a thin layer of pudge that had started to cling around his middle and round out his ass, he was still one of the smaller guys at the camp. But he was determined to blow her away with a truly awe-inspiring gluttony on only the most fattening fare she had to offer.
"I know what I'm about, mi princesa."
"Alright…" She handed him his tray and it was heavy.
Not to be outdone, Freddie said, "I'll have the exact same thing, but make it three chili dogs."
They sat at their usual table with Mike and Amir. "Y'all sure kept us waiting," said Mike.
"Turns out, another feedist community celebrity has graced us with her presence," said Freddie. "That over there is none other than ColderEveryWinter."
Amir's eyes lit up. "From Tumblr? Oh my god, I loved her Star Trek fanfiction! I have to get her autograph!"
While Mike and Freddie wasted time shooting the breeze, Mike taking pictures of his second tray for his adoring online following, Jose got right down to business eating. The chilindogs went down easy enough, but the sides were harder, and by the time he painstakingly brought the giant eclair to his mouth, he was choking it down bite by bite. It was so dense and heavy...maybe he should have eaten dessert first, and let the hot dog buns soak up some more chili and cheese. That way, those and the mashed potatoes would have slid right down and filled in empty space. (But he'd wanted to make a display of eating the mash with his bare hands, licking it off his fingers like a starved animal, and not once had Winter looked his way, even as she left the serving line to buss down tables and remove and replace used and crumpled napkins.)
Despite having been shooting the breeze, Freddie made quick work of his second plate, leaning comfortably back in his seat with a hand on his spherical gut and confessing that he was still hungry enough for a second helping of dessert and maybe some more fries. Jose was not having such an easy time. He felt like his stomach was full of concrete, the weight of it pulling him forward as he tried to shift positions. He places his hands on his distended sides--damn, he was bloated underneath his shirt. It had had room when he sat down, but the material was now pulled tight around his middle. As Amir returned to the table, he took one look at Jose and said, "Damn! Good job! Keep eating like that and you'll blow past me in no time!"
"I need some fresh air," muttered Jose. He dragged himself to his feet, walked out the back of the mess tent, and sat down in the grass, back against a pole. He took a half-spent joint out of his pocket and lit up, hoping it might ease the tightness in his stomach, but was finding the munchies weren't kicking in retroactively. He still felt like he had a balloon full of lead inside him testing the tensile strength of his skin.
About that time, Winter stepped out to smoke a cigarette, but put it back in her case when she saw the state of him. "Whoa, are you okay, dude? You look a little green around the gills." She knelt in the grass next to him, but he couldn't even think about how alluring she looked with her perky grapefruit-sized tits straining the second button of her black button-down. He was in too much pain, and he could taste bile in the back of his throat.
"No, don't come too close, I don't want to puke in your lap," he warned her.
"You'll be fine. Here. Let me help. I'm a professional. May I?" She raised a hand to his belly, but held back an inch or so, awaiting his consent. He nodded. She pressed her fingers gently to the crest of his upper belly, right between the two sides of his ribcage, where it hurt the most--was she a mind reader?--and made quick, tight, gentle circles. The relief was immediate. He could already feel his stomach start to relax. In fact, this was downright pleasurable.
He let slip a moan. "Gracias, princesa."
After a few more minutes of lulling him into a state of overstuffed bliss, she said, "The rest of the guys will be returning to their cabins now. I have to go back in and finish cleaning the tables. You good?"
"Okay. Just try to be gentler with yourself. I know you guys all came here for a reason...but there's nothing sexy about making yourself sick."
As she took her hand off of him and stood, he tried to join her. Bad idea. He fell back on his ass and puked in his own lap.
