Feeder!Offender is a control freak, he generally doesn't have self control or any control over anything in his life to be honest so being the Absolute Power of anything, everything, and any time that you eat is, intoxicating <3 (and Offender loves to be high ;3)
It's small things, normal things at first
Three meals a day, less than he eats (that would certainly make you sick-) a reasonable meal
Then maybe he adds a snack
Then dessert
What about brunch? And more snacks-
Then it's not just more frequent, it's more food every meal
More and more and more- he can't get enough of it~ can't get enough into you ;3
He might just accidentally put you in a coma <3
