Longest posting spree I can remember. Also, no more Twitter, yik yak, and a limited fb profile= best decisions I've made in a while. I've actually started improving myself and my mood waking up is better. My my body feels like it's vibrating in a million pieces, like atoms so I guess I feel them would be a good metaphor. Especially in my torso. We'll see how tonight goes, but I might be manic which means a big drop later. Knowing that helps me recenter. I'm not gonna chain smoke, no more than 4 cigarettes there and if its cold I won't stand there just to smoke. I'm scared but excited. Ty if you read this far but it doesn't really matter, it's just nice to get my thoughts out.
