A witch needs your help

So I’ve been cursed. I just need some advice on breaking it. If I visualize and feel the energy and curse break and send back to the caster is it truly broken? I read all the time it’s the intent that matters. Since this witch has been mad at me I’ve had several horrid things happen to me. My car was totaled 4 days before I moved 400 miles, my moving truck went from 1700->2400, my uncle had to put his name on my car and insurance because if not insurance was going to charge me $300 a month, several minor things, this witch knows how much I love moose and I haven’t seen one (neither have the people close to me), I was bit badly by a dog, the dog bite got infected, my job stopped giving me hours, my new car is having problems. I know the gods are trying to help but it’s not stopping the curse fully. If my intent isn’t enough alone I will cast a return to sender spell but I’m asking your help fellow witches. Please help me break this curse? Also any spells for return to sender would be much appreciated!
