"Miss Byleth..." It's then that it dawns on her that Byleth Eisner is actually, in fact, standing right there. Luna shuffles quickly, getting on her knees and doing whatever she can to cover up the cracks on the surface.

She didn't mean to damage property. It had Been so much easier and a little more peaceful when she didn't have to worry about her telekinetic ability going haywire. It was almost as if someTHING wanted to see her fail.

"I'm sorry," She says defeatedly. There is no point in hiding th damage done around her. The cracks on the ground and the previous abandoned buildings toppling over had already been done. The chaos laid awake behind her was just another one added to the mess made.

"They gave me back---I wish they hadn't."

From behind the bookshelves, G’raha shuffles towards the table in the library. Against his chest, he attempts to hide a small, pink box from a local bakery. He steps up to the table that Byleth preoccupies, and sets down the box before her.

“Happy Nameday, Byleth,” G’raha whispers quietly, occupying the seat across from her. “I narrowly missed the festivities. Well glad am I that I found you. Pray, open your gift. ‘Tis not a grand cake as Eorzea’s nameday cakes; however, consider it a small token of our friendship.”

There she is. After their last meeting and after her talk with Steven, Luna approaches Byleth with a relatively new resolve. A little fragile, near shattered and that's no thanks to the damn ghost that haunts her, but she is here standing in front of the professor.

"You said you could help me?"

Wide eyes follow the excitement of the unnatural beasts upon the stage. The reenact the fabled tale of Sleepy Hollow, an unfamiliar story to Tang Sanzang. However, the costumes and the acting pulls him in regardless. He leans in as the scrawny beast shrieks, running in place within the haunting forest set. He backs up when the set shifts, the pub poking out from stage right and revealing a welcoming tavern scene.

Tang Sanzang isn’t quite sure where he got these candies, though he safely assumes Sun Wukong snuck them into pocket. He always adored Sun Wukong’s playful tricks, especially ones in good nature. He fishes out a few more of the candies, unwrapping them and popping each one into his mouth.

As a person settles down next to him, Tang Sanzang leans over to her. “The monster, named Crane entered into a tavern, where he longs to dance and eat merrily, though considering the ominous beginning, I think something sinister will arise.” The happy, chipper tone quickly catches up the visitor to the current spot in the play. Now the “Crane” and the barrel chested beast fight over a scaley woman’s affection.

“Oooof, carnal desires never work,” he comments, “they’re walking down an endless cycle of misery; better to abstain and enjoy each other’s merry company.”

He blinks, realizing the woman seems awestruck by his comments. He sits up straight, “Yes, my dear?”
