Do Hyun-Soo & Cha Ji-Won in FLOWER OF EVIL 악의 꽃 (2020) | Episode Two
going crazy going insane going feral in the best of ways for your pixandrian oh my god it is so cool it is the best the greatest i am in love
I don't have any specific sentences, but maybe a brief description or like... string of titles for another ruler in pixandrian. Like, "Ah yes, that's the Codfather, He Who Dies A Lot" or "Scott Smajor, the King Midas of Ice"
There's only one title that I've created for another ruler so far, but it is, in my very humble opinion, a really damn good one. It also requires a lot of background explanation.
So, a pretty reasonable way to get a title for a leader is something like 'elder'. Literally translated as 'one who is aged'. This is a fairly neutral, respectful term. For example, Scott might be referred to on official documents and the like as Saonóshu Skót which just means Elder Scott. Possibly as Saonashu by someone with a little less formal schooling. It's a common enough grammatical error. And we'll come back to it.
However, Pixandrian actually has (at least) two verbs that refer to aging. Saonand specifically refers to the type of aging that copper undergoes or things that are improved by age. It's used a lot for elves as for them age just means more wisdom and not much downsides and also things like copper, fermented foods, older children ("you're so grown up you can take care of your younger siblings), etc.
The other verb for aging, lussund, refers to wearing something out or something decaying or aging. Lussóshu is another word for elder that Pixandrians are more likely to use to refer their own elders. It's not as positive a connotation as saonand, but it's not negative or insulting either. The best way to describe it would be like "someone who is past their prime (affectionate)".
Now, when it comes to the ruler of the Grimlands, the word "tinkerer" is fairly hard to translate into Pixandrian. Given that the two empires aren't initially the best of friends, the first verb that might spring to mind to describe fWhip is "lussand".
Lussand is closely related to lussund and refers to the act of wearing things out before their time by constantly messing with them. Messing with them, fiddling with them, or, perhaps, tinkering with them. It doesn't quite have the connotation of innovation and invention, but it absolutely has the connotation of someone who blows a hole in their own base with an ill advised experiment.
Now, being so closely related, the formally correct agentive form of lussand would be lussóshu just as it is for lussund. But even though fWhip isn't exactly past his prime, that is also a more-or-less neutral term for someone who holds the formal position of "elder". And so we return to the earlier grammatical error with saonand and coin the word lussashu.
There are lots of gossipy old ladies and smug teenagers who refer to the Count of the Grimlands as Lussashu. If you ask them what it means, they'll translate it (accurately!!) as tinkerer. But a more full understanding would be something along the lines of "asshole who won't stop messing with things that don't need to be messed with".
So a rather common translation of "the Grimlands Tinkerer" would just be Grimlantéy Lussashu.

Thursday, December 9, 202 (Isolation Day 5 for turning COVID-19 positive)
Am I excited about it? No. Am I bored out of mind yet? Not so much. Am I very sick? Yes. I think so. Have I been productive all this time? No. Enough of me self-interviewing myself. This is the most productive I’ve been since I contracted COVID-19. I’ve been having all of the symptoms you can think of related to COVID. The one that I am most surprised about is my inability to catch my breath when I doing one task to another. I feel like I’ve ran for an hour in a treadmill. When in reality, I left my bed to microwave my food and back. Here is a picture of my desk right now while I am posting this post while resting in bed. This a reminder to all of you work/school-aholic like me. Take care of yourself. No matter what aspect it is of your life. May that be physically, mentally, psychologically or environmentally. Please remember to take care of yourself. Have a good day/night wherever you are. Love, me.

Lampu-lampu Kota yang Takut Tertimpa Awan Awan kelabu itu, Kekasih, bukan berisi partikel hujan. Melainkan rinduku menjelma kaca hingga awan serupa karung kumal yang keberatan isinya. Jika kelak mendung itu pecah, lampu-lampu di bawahnya padam terhantam. Kotamu gelap tertutup rindu. - Chandra Wulan, 2017
