Haha, so my basic idea for future!feral!HIccup clothing came with two staples:
A. he definitely would still have his fin-rigging. It might be designed differently, but I do see him--at that point--working on ways to manage solo-flying.
B. Having less engineering know-how and more dragon/flight know-how
And THANKS you two for these insane replies:

Maybe there would be less pockets and things? Does Hiccup know how to write? He probably has a better natural sense of direction.
Which means the design would be simpler. He might start out with just necessary straps, but he’d need covering to protect him from the wind at high speeds. What if Hiccup developed armor earlier to make it easier to roll around with dragons?
With new techniques and materials Hiccup could develop new “claws,” too. What if he discovered glass and put them so he could see but still protect his eyes? Or if he realized they could be used as a magnifier? On the other hand Hiccup would bring the knowledge of more dragons species, so maybe there are kinds who have scales that can be used for materials. Heck, living wild he probably already figured out a lot of ways to build things using natural materials and dragons scales/bones/other.
Yes, Hiccup does know how to write. Though he could find another way to . The body armor might be necessary after all… but I think I'm slowly figuring out ways to find "cruder" ways of holding similar things without making him all sleek and together-looking
HAha, Hiccup with goggles? Now THAT's adorable XD. And more malleable, different armors using scales...

Hmmm, so we’re not really friends on here or anything (I’m kind of sort of new) but I’ll give this a shot:
Maybe the suit would be less gadget-y and more dragon-y? If that makes sense? I feel like Hiccup’s original suit was influenced more by his history with smithing and inventing, while enhanced by his knowledge of dragons. Feral!cup would be just the opposite, with a heavier dragon influence. So maybe instead of having so many knobs and buttons and secret compartments, it would have a little less of a refined feel: Like more feathers, scales, talons etc. I’m not the most creative person, so sorry I don’t have specific ideas, but maybe that would be a start?
Haha, less knobs, more dragony body parts. Definitely tried that. One knob I feel is important is that chest button/crank for the fin… GAH, I'm definitely not an engineer!
