I headcanon that while Miles can use his camouflage (invisibility) and venom (shock)

Peter has venom (paralysis/numbing) and natural webs. He doesn't use these because he has the mask on, so he can't bite anyone (also he sorta doesn't want to paralyse anyone in case he accidentally kills someone by stopping their organs), and since he doesn't take good care of himself his webs aren't good enough to use.

So in short, Peter sorta looks more spidery because mmmm spider.

(I am aware that this is basically own Peter at this point but shhhhhh)

"Wade…" said Peter in a exasperated tone. The metallic pink collar had a little cat bell on it. It was ringed with white plastic studs. And right in the center was the embroidered logo of a winking white cat with a bow. 

"Don't mind the aesthetics. It's surprisingly well made. Check the stitching, here. See? That's quality leather work, baby. It's custom."

"You had a Hello Kitty collar custom made ?"

"Oh no, of course not. The bow is on her other ear, and her wink looks different. Also see this little fang? This is Hola Gato, definitely not to be confused with Hello Kitty, for licensing and copyright purposes."

Spidey's eyes were large, round, and completely black, reflecting the burning rubble down the block like little mirrors. He stared at Wade with an unnerving, unflinching expression, but then blinked slowly. His skin, where it wasn't charred and oozing, had a mottled, bluish tint. Tear tracks ran through the grime on his cheeks and his lips hung open, revealing sharp incisors. Wild brown hair framed his face and stuck to it in damp patches of sweat.

Wade:"You look about ready to go hunting."

Peter: "I...I just need a really rare steak, that's all."
