Varshahn: ...He laid waste to them ere I could utter a single word. <sigh>
Y'shtola: Poor Vrtra - he really should have spoken with Estinien before we left. I shudder to think what we've cost them in terms of construct materials.
Estinien: I thought we cleared this place of constructs the last time we came through. 'Twould seem a few stragglers remained.
The only thing going through Estinien's brain is the "Pa-paya" song on loop.
Myths of the Realm
So after watching the trailer for the hundredth time I can finally post my guess on the four/five of the twelve we can see in the trailer.. so here we go.
The first one who looks like Zeus should be Byregot. He’s the god of the arts and commands the element of thunder/lightning. He is depicted as a smith holding a two-headed hammer, and his symbol is the hand. Which we can see here.
The next we can see is a beautiful lady with two fire fan. This should be Azeyma. She is the keeper of the sun and goddess of fire. Who is depicted with a golden fan.
Next we see our good daddy Rhalgr. I don’t think I have to say anymore than this because we already saw his statue in Rhalgrs Reach.
And it looks like we are fighting on a statue like that. But for the sake of completeness. He is the god of destruction and commands the element of lightning like his son Byregot. He is depicted as a magi carrying a bronze staff, and his symbol is a meteor.
Last but not least we have what my guess is Nald’thal.
He is the god of commerce and commands the element of fire. Which should be represented in those twos head pieces. One has what looks like coins and the other has fire hair. Nald'thal is said to be the single manifestation of the twins Nald and Thal.. so it makes kinda sense that they are two.

i was joking about this with my fc the other night, but since Fourchenault appears in the 6.1 role quests, it’d be fucking wild if Aymeric just keeps side-eyeing him the whole time because he knew what he did to Alphinaud and Alisaie, and considering his history with his bio dad, he would have the abandonment issues on blast
