Day 29: Game Over! Yep, it’s the last day of Fiberary and I thought this shirt was appropriate:) It’s made from 2 different kid socks (torso is one sock, sleeves/collar are from another). The sock was kind of small so I did lose some of the details but I like it; if I ever get MH Kjersti Trollson she’ll be wearing this:)
Day 28: Old pics but I do make these a lot. I love these as they are cute and simple to make and remind me of the Flower Fairies hats:)
Day 27: Swirly hat! This was a pattern that popped up on FB and was to made in 2 colors to look like a swirled ice cream; I'm lazy so went with a variegated:) I'm glad I chose this blue as it looks like an ocean wave!
Day 26: Some small friends:) The owl was a birthday present for my mom last year; she was having surgery for breast cancer the next day and it was her good luck charm. The fish is just a smaller version of the mermaids' friends; it'll go in a ornament "bowl" later (whenever I get around to it).
Day 25: Still sick and having a hard time concentrating so just did some sewing repairs today. Poor dragon had his tail nibbled on by mice and the husky had been partially unstuffed (I think I was going to make it into one of those rice sock warmers? I can’t remember). Now both are back to their old selves:)
Day 24: Corey is all ears! Corey is a Pepper Parson (from the Pinkie Cooper line) that I wanted to be male and though a faux fur wig would look cute:) He desperately needs a new outfit as well but that will have to wait til I get better...
Day 23: Didn’t get my project done in time to take daylight pics so had to trot out some old pics. These are from way back when Sophie was my only Dal (I now have two others and a Byul). I really loved these dresses as it’s a simple pattern that can be dressed up/down depending on what trimming you use. I also made the matching hair pieces, the cherries barrette is my favorite:) I ended up keeping the green as it just looked so cute on Sophie and the other three were donated to PUDDLE.
Day 22: Still not feeling good so digging through my craft archives. My apologies for it being so small (I always saved things really tiny back in the day) but here’s Bright Eyes in a very Groovy outfit, I still love that print!
