One too many beers at Robby's? Jack can’t walk home and the couch fucking sucks. At first they pretend to be reluctant, but it quickly turns into one grunting "sleep?" and both heading towards Robby's bedroom like there was never another option.
Medical conference? One room is easier anyway. "Oh, brother, I was sure I booked two twins." Jack never does. He stops using that excuse after the third time.
Jack's day off so he wasn’t there to see Robby at handover? Jack's place is walking distance from the hospital. Robby is just too tired to take his bike, he tells himself, Jack would be mad if he did. So what if he uses his spare key and when all the lights are still off, he simply strips his scrubs and crawls into Jack's bed.
That recent art piece actually stems from an older idea based on Congratulations from Hamilton (cut song) cuz the original idea i had in mind for Uaagi being Queen is she sent someone to Earth to watch out for Mamoru, kinda keep track, make sure he's living a good life.
Tho the person gets a little sidetracked and lowkey is interested in him romantically, but i wouldn't really say they date (or at least i refuse to let them actually date right now) but the person fucks up on some level and it directly or indirectly hurts Mamoru in the process. But one of the senshi is in town and since the person barely reported much lately, they brought that info STRAIGHT to Uaagi and Queen was pissed af.
So she goes to Earth and confronts the person (with mamoru hidden nearby or there in the immediate vicinity and Usagi is cursing the person out in lunarian or something.
Tho it varies in my imagination cuz it's either a private discussion between the queen and her subordinate or Usagi has come to place a protective charm with people she values on earth (directly pinning one on mamoru while just casually sliding Motoki's over the counter at crown lol)

Hey remember how I said that I wouldn't put too much into the background of why he is trapped? Yeah scratch that, I have now lore for that in my head ToT
Ideas and concepts I have gathered so far through this account for this fic in non linear fashion (put under cut because of spoilers):
Light can carry injuries with him into the next cycle, they will not disappear over time
L will think that he is transported into different universes instead of a real time loop because of how drastic Lights mannerisms sometimes shift (the kiss™ will be the biggest reason for this assumption)
Light will at some point kill himself, this will reset his injuries but leave him with scars of his death
None of the other death note owners are in this world, not even the ones he doesn't know about yet and who aren't owners yet. (Yes this means he hasn't seen his father in ages and just assumes he is around.)
The above point will only be a hint for the readers, since Light and L don't know of any other death note owners yet
L will kill himself in front of Light shortly before his time is up. This will shift the time of his death to this point. When Light kills him too, this again shortens the time of the loop (might make the initial loop time longer in the fic itself)
L does not get any scars from his deaths and doesn't carry injuries with himself to the next cycle
Light will plan out a whole murder over several cycles, just for L to kill himself in front of him (as mentioned before). This will also be the time they both realize that they both remember the loops and that they are in them together
There will be one more kiss before they realize that though
This will be a tragedy, no real happy ending. Either they find out how to get L out and only L or they stay trapped forever together.
The solution to get L out would be for Light to die in his place, as in saving him from mortal danger and taking the figurative/literal bullet (depending in what situation they are)
No one seems to notice the missing people except for Light and L, so at some point they will notice that Lights father and Mello aren't there anymore. And that no one seems to even register that around them. This will not help them.
Even when I have fully figured out why exactly they are stuck in this situation, I don't plan to let the characters ever really know, for the audience I'm on the fence, depends on how good any explanation would fit, even crumbled in as context clues.

me, debating, with all my little heart, if getting invested in house of the dragon (no I haven’t watched an episode but I see clips and such) is worth it to write a fanfic that won’t leave my head (I linger at the edges of the fandom because of mutuals, but also because I had to watch my bestie in high school meltdown over the series finale of game of thrones during study hall and yikes, that was not a good finale and I didn’t even WATCH the dang show) right before I start student teaching and I’m already heavily invested in my 2 current WWII WIPs and my 5+ ones that I’m planning for after I’m done 😭
Send help and or advice if it’s worth it. Otherwise, this one can live in my Pinterest boards forever since I do nothing halfhearted and that’s minimum an 80k fic 😭😭

I am currently planning a college flashback chapter that shows Mira and Rumi’s changing relationship over the first two years of college. [Edit: The chapter will be in Rumi’s POV only, so if it’s anything Mira specific, it will only be seen through Rumi’s interpretation]
I have key scenes planned that I think you will enjoy seeing. However I want to open a few decisions up to you all regarding this chapter.
First: Is there anything in particular you’d like to see? (You will see their brief rivalry, how that changed to friendship and then became something neither speak about. Also throughout the fic thus far, Mira and Rumi have briefly mentioned small things that happened at college which will be shown here) But i’d like to hear any ideas or wants you might have to be explored/shown
Second: There’s a halloween scene planned. What costume do you think Rumi would wear and what do you think Jinu would wear? Mira won’t be in a halloween costume, for reasons that will be shown.
[EDIT: Rumi and Jinu aren’t together at all in Freshmen or Sophomore year, so their halloween costumes won’t be couple ones. Jinu is flirting heavily with Rumi though whenever he is planned to appear in the chapter, much to Mira’s annoyance]
