Así es la reforma del Gobierno para que los #trabajadores #fichen (y las #empresas paguen las #horasextra) El Ejecutivo aprueba un decreto con la normativa para el #registro de #jornadalaboral El decreto de protección social y contra la precariedad laboral incluye la obligación por parte de las empresas de registrar la jornada laboral de los trabajadores y guardar ese registro durante cuatro años. la Población Activa en la que más de la mitad de los asalariados señalan trabajar más de #40horas a la #semana. Además, un 48% de las personas que hacen horas extra declaran no cobrarlas, no solo tiene el efecto de #precarizar la situación laboral del trabajador. Hora de entrada y salida Al mismo artículo, se añade un nuevo apartado (el noveno) que determina cómo ha de hacerse el registro de la jornada. Lo primero que señala es que "deberá incluir el horario concreto de entrada y salida de cada persona trabajadora".  El empresario tendrá la obligación de #conservar los registros durante cuatro años. En ese periodo, están a disposición de los trabajadores, sindicatos, de la inspección laboral y de la Seguridad Social. #Infraccióngrave Este tipo de sanciones acarrean #multas de entre 626 y 6.250 euros para las empresas y no son individualizadas. Es decir, que en caso de que la inspección encuentre que se ha incumplido la norma, aunque afecte a muchos trabajadores, impone una sola multa. Pidge eyed Princess Allura, who maintained her usual commanding aura, but appeared hesitant nevertheless. The princess met Pidge’s gaze and gave the green paladin a bright smile - a fake one, Pidge could easily tell. The whole bridge was seeped in a deep silence in response to the words Lotor had unexpectedly uttered. Pidge had assumed Lance would lash out with a ridiculous outburst, but he only stood there motionless as if he’d seen a ghost.

“I can’t say I’m not flattered, Prince Lotor, nor that a marriage wouldn’t benefit our political position…but I don’t believe my father would put me in such a position.”

“My apologies, Princess. I should clarify,” Lotor turned to face everyone. “The arranged marriage that it these,” he waved his hands to the glowing displays beside him, “documents refer to was not planned by my father and yours. Rather, it was mine and hers.”

All eyes followed Lotor’s extended finger to the face of the Green Paladin.

Three seconds passed before Pidge leapt up from her seat and yelled.

“My father wouldn’t!”

“Pidge…” Matt’s hand gently rested on her shoulder.

She turned to him but he couldn’t meet her eyes with his own.

“No…” tears crept down from the corners of her eyes.

“He thought it was the only way to spare us…to spare you.”

She twisted back around, knocking her brother’s hand off her shoulder and directing her fury towards the Galra prince.

“Zarkon is dead! This is a closed matter.”

“I’m afraid not, Pidge,” it was Coran that spoke. “Arrangements like these last beyond the rule of emperors. Defying it would mean…” he didn’t continue.

“It would mean losing the portion of the Galra empire we have on our side. It would mean losing the war.”

“Allura?” Pidge pleaded, but the princess only looked away.

“I’m sorry, Pidge,” Lotor spoke softly, “But it appears fate will make you the next Galra Empress.”

Ausschreibung: Akten, Eklat und Erinnerung

Während der Strauhof Ausstellung «Frischs Fiche und andere Geschichten aus dem Kalten Krieg» (10.6 -20.8.107) stellen wir einer Forscherin oder einem Autor, der oder die sich mit dem Fichenskandal und seinen Folgen befasst, für drei Monate einen Arbeitsraum gratis zur Verfügung.

Was?

Der Denkraum ist ein Einzelbüro, in dem eine Forscherin, ein Autor oder eine Wissenschaftlerin an einem Forschungsthema, einem wissenschaftlichen Text, einer journalistischen Reportage oder einem literarischen Essay arbeiten kann. Im Gegenzug dazu soll der Gegenstand der Forschung einem breiten Publikum verständlich zugänglich gemacht werden. 

Warum?

Erfahrungsgemäss existiert von Seiten der Besucherinnen und Besucher oft das Bedürfnis, von ihren eigenen Erfahrungen zu erzählen. Gerne möchten wir dafür eine Anlaufstelle schaffen – wichtige Voraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft, eine Art «Sprechstunde» für allfällige Besuchende der Ausstellung einzurichten, die ihre Geschichte oder ihre Erinnerungen in Zusammenhang mit dem Fichenskandal erzählen möchten.

Wer?

Die Ausschreibung richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Studierende der Geisteswissenschaften, die sich in ihrer Forschung mit der Schweiz während des Kalten Krieges, der Fichenaffäre oder oral history im Allgemeinen befassen.

Wann?

Juni – August/September 2017. In dieser Zeit soll auch mindestens ein öffentlicher Anlass stattfinden, bei dem die (Zwischen-)Resultate der Forschung präsentiert werden.

Wo?

Im Dachstock des Strauhofs an der Augustinergasse 9 mitten in der Zürcher Altstadt.
