Haha thank you thank you!! Naturally my non-fanart stuff usually does a bit poorer in numbers, so it always means a ton to me when people take interest in my OC work.
On that note, I've been getting some asks, so I'll answer them here to avoid clutter with making a bunch of posts.

Yes, granted even then, like-- Sonic is The Main Character Who Never Cheated, to my knowledge. Jet would perform worse out of fear of a complete newbie at his own sport even matching him if he weren't so arrogant, which is impressive in his own way.

Yes. He's just an eggman-robot, so he had to sound a little evil, smug, and dubious when he said it. It can't be helped.

I figure that may be the case, but it may be protected and highly-maintained to begin with exactly for that reason, with a degree of self-preservation instinct like not letting your nose and mouth be underwater for too long. They just know crucial components can't be neglected, and "groom" themselves accordingly.

Chatty, fauxrries, and the Merch Mimics actually exist in the same universe! All OC content usually exists in the same world. Mimics are few enough in number that they're rarely relevant in other characters' stories. Chatty is the first man-made sentient AI that was created through entirely non-anomalous means. Afterward, more and more sentient AI began to pop up, first made accidentally and later, intentionally. A robot like Kaita or a ruppet like Maude wouldn't exist anywhere from 30 years to a century later, depending on how I want to go about it.
I should mention that while Chatty goes by any pronouns, you're free to refer to her as she! Or he. Or they. I just use they to imply it's nothing strict.
