Hi, I applied for the DCP about an hour and a half ago. I've heard it takes 2-3 hours or more for the email about the WBI to come, but I have already received an email saying how they thank me for applying, look forward to learning more about me, and I will be contacted regarding the status of my application no later than April 18, 2014. Does this mean I didn't even make it to the WBI? Am I pending? or is this just a general thank you email everyone gets? Thanks for your help :)
Hey there! Your application is in the process of being looked at in order to pass onto the WBI step.
Due to the high volume of applications and limited number of opportunities available, not all applicants will move forward in the interviewing process.
I got the same email when I tried applying for a second program and got an email to take the WBI the same day the previous email was sent. The email I got as a thanks from my 2012 program was worded differently; there's a chance they changed it to what they have now.
I’m not sure what the probability is of not going to the WBI step… but I’m sure they’ll email you to let you know if anything is up!
