I just found out this two get married, and I'm low key loving it.

🧎 I wish DGM didn’t have filler characters I actually liked and wished were officially part of the show/manga.

Like Lulubell’s Akuma assistant, Mimi.

Once a princess who loved her retainer dearly, enough so that when the maid died, Mimi willingly gave away her life. (In the brief flashbacks, the princess accepted death with open arms whereas other characters we’ve seen would normally scream, try to escape, etc.)

Mei-Lin(g) who was introduced as an innocence accommodator with the power of future sight? Are you kidding? How fuckin dope. Her innocence 🤝 Time Record. But she’s not an official character so they had to destroy her innocence and throw her from the face of existence 🤺 raaaaah.

And then there’s Salem/Selim who would have been an excellent finder and navigator for mountainous terrain. Plus he’s just nice to look at ✋🙄. We were robbed...

Probably the best filler was Ayame. The manga didn't give Koga any closure at all.

outoftomorrow: Oh-for sure. The BEST filler character was indeed Ayame. Especially because Takahashi herself failed to give Kouga any closure. Still pisses me off-cause it made him seem like he was only there as a foil to the whole KagInuKIk dynamic. But it’s a damn shame she wasn’t canon. Also a shame she only showed up in 3 episodes total.
