I’m so mad

that unlike the older Dissidia games, Dissidia NT didn’t give Jecht his Final Aeon form as his EX Burst and that was a major turn off. It was just some skill that negates others’ skill or something. I forgot cuz it was pretty forgettable 🙃 I’m just suddenly thinking about it now even though I haven’t played NT in so very long.

His final aeon form in the older dissidia games is sexy OKAY!?

Like this reluctant dad became antagonist has a badass form in Dissidia. He’s so powerful that in DFFOO, Seymour revived Sin’s power in Jecht to hopefully use him to destroy the worlds

Just something stuck on my mind for a while now.

So played and finished FFX a while ago and actually massively struggled with enemies along the way. Usually online sources could help. That stopped with the Final Aeon.

Looking around and spend a lot of time into researching strategies.

Mainly not because I looked for an easy solution, but because I wanted a long drawn out boss battle that's worthy of the time I spend in the story and in the game. Ideally with an adult appropriate amount of grinding necessary.

The more I looked for help and solutions, the less I wanted to find it.

And I want to leave a big loving thank you for those who took the time to actually write things down in a neutral and helpful way.

To my point and I found the same with other questions around this game. Why is this kind of comments necessary when someone is genuinely asking for help...

[FFX Spoilers/Meta] Nooo

My SO was chatting with me earlier about FFX, and one of the comments made was, "Surprise - the Final Aeon is actually Choco/Mog."

First thought: Aww. That would be cute.

Second thought: ...But wait, that sounds like something two kids would do, or something... what would the Fayth look like?

Third thought: Oh, dear... what if Issaru had made it to Zanarkand, and Pacce and Maroda both decided that whatever happened they wanted to stay together and help their brother, and offered both of themselves as their brother's Final Aeon? Issaru would never agree... but judging from what happened with Seymour and Anima, he wouldn't necessarily have to, right?

Fourth thought: Damn it. I made myself sad.
