The Importance of Relaxation: Working through the 5 R’s
The first step to true relaxation is to release the stresses and pains that are holding you back.
Try to reflect upon what you’ve learned, how you’ve grown and overcome challenges. Things will get better, but you first need to be able to draw the positives from a bad situation.
Once you’ve done this you’ll be able to renew your outlook on life with your new found ability to see the good and not just the bad in both life and people.
No matter how busy you are, you should always find some time each day for yourself, to relax and recuperate. Never lose track of who you are – a strong, independent and confident woman.
