So a while ago @serasentowermage commented a really cool idea for my Vessel of Nightwing AU – a dragon scale Nightwing suit that would look like an iridescent snakeskin. I think that's really neat! And then I kept thinking about it, and I realized: I know how to use Blender. I can learn to use the new Thin Film settings to make iridescent things! So I decided to mess around with shaders on a random free arm model I found online and. Well. Here it is:
at this point I looked at it for so long while making it that I can't tell if I made him into a dragon or into a pretty mermaid asdfghjkl HELP
