Faith
A fire priestess - heavily inspired by the Scythian costume.
One of the chief gods of the Scythians was Tapiti, compared to Hestia. Today her name still lives in the words like teplyi (warm) and topyty (to melt/drown).

Dulorah - Goddess of sun, light, and fire.
ɪ ᴅᴏ ᴄᴏᴍᴍɪꜱꜱɪᴏɴꜱ - ᴅᴍ ꜰᴏʀ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ɪɴꜰᴏ✨️
Any headcanons about the origins of the Uno family's fire powers?
Remember this charming Lady (?)?
That's her who gave those powers to them, many, many, many, many years ago. Probably around 1300.
She was known and worshipped all around the world, with different names and different genders and appearances. She liked to look different for those different, insignificant humans she didn't really care about. But their gifts were interesting.
One day, one human entered one of her temples and asked something no one ever asked for: he asked for her powers. She knew a little human would never be able to bear her greatness, so she gave 1/10000 of her capabilities to him.
And he died.
But that made her interested in the fact "What if one of those humans could have her powers"? That would make things funny.
So she started to search all around the world for someone, and she did find someone in America in 1485.
It was a young girl with a strong willpower. The Goddess blessed her with these new powers, giving her a black suit that would protect her from burning. She also told the woman that, from that moment on, only ONE person per generation would be able to have her powers (I made a scheme to make the concept clear):
Anyone in the dynasty could have the fire powers, and to make sure the bloodline would not spread too much, the family used to kill all members of the generation who didn't have the powers.
As time went on, the family kept serving the fire Goddess, and somehow their powers became bigger and with more and more things they could do.
After years, the family started getting tired of having to serve the Goddess, so they started to search for a way to get rid of her.
Finally, around 1600, they managed to get her to a far land people just found out about, and used that land's magic to seal her there, and she won't be able to get out unless someone breaks the seal.
So, while she was stuck in Australia for centuries, the family kept thriving in America, and around 1650 they started antagonizing a group of kids who were up to no good, in their opinion.
The goddess was left without powers until 1985 when a group of those kids mistakenly broke the seal and freed her. But they managed to seal her again.
The beautiful Princess Mars is done! I had a great time drawing her and coloring her! I love working with reds! Prints and bookmarks are to come!
