Camilla is kicking ass in the Voting Gauntlet in #FireEmblemHeroes! Are you rooting for her? Cuz... you should! New photo to celebrate, from my recent photoshoot on a mountain! Costume made by me, photo by Brian Boling Wigs (2 of them) by @ardawigs 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I'm still so happy and satisfied over how this costume turned out!! It was my pleasure project, and I poured many hours into each aspect of the ensemble, as well as the axe. I'm not as tall as Camilla, so I had to do a lot of measuring and testing to scale her intricate armor pieces down to fit my short frame. It's important for me to make each costume as durable as possible, since I travel a lot with them, and put them through a ton of wear an tear. Where I used to be quicker at making costumes, I've grown to really enjoy taking my time with crafting and sewing in the last few years, and I focus more on structure, attachment methods, and finishing techniques. Sewing snaps and hooks on may take more hours compared to hot gluing, but your parts last much longer, and are a lot easier to transport, if they come apart. Lining a garment may mean cutting and sewing each piece twice, but it will make the garment last four time as long. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #cosplay #yayahan #fireemblemcosplay #fireemblemfates #fireemblemcamilla #sewing #armor #props #crafting #craftsmanship #cosplaymusings
