Just thinking about all the food I’ve eaten the past 2 days 💕💕obviously McDonald’s isnt healthy but I could feel an emotional/stress binge coming on so I got ahead it with a 4 piece McNugget and small fry. I usually eat extremely healthy these days, (besides when drinking), but when I’m exhausted and irritable you will find me in somebodies parking lot devouring something I shouldn’t be while potentially contemplating murdering everyone but i digress.. The sandwich I had today for my big meal had wheat bread, chicken breast, swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and mayo. With a couple bites of macc n cheese and lays chips on the sandwhich. After my workout I had a veggie plate, and 30 minutes after that I had 2 bites of steak with avocado. After that I wanted a donut so I got ahead of that sweet tooth with a couple bites of green apple. 🍏 fuck yeah toria good job!! 👏🏽
