Ladies and Gentlemen, your future RDH's!!! (With the Clinic Instructor Ms. Tas) #firstdayblues #clinical #letsgochildren
Only a few days left of summer. I'm so thankful to work at home so my kids can come in anytime and chat, help, make us laugh or be there just because. We filled this summer full and I'm dreading the day they both get in Emma's car for high school. I asked John Connor if he was going to miss our dance parties in the car and he said no while giggling. 😏He's going to miss them, but I'm going to fall apart. 😢#firstdayblues #sixmoredays
First day on the job
Well I would say throwing up on the first day of training isn’t a great impression. Let’s hope day two at the school goes better.
Yesterday I went to school to attend my first class for this summer. Thing was my subject for that day will be starting next week instead so turns out I came to school a week too early. But instead of going home I decided to stay at the library to do some readings on my BLT subject. I was able to finish half of the topics discussed under obligations so I have that going for me which is nice. (Sounds familiar, huh? :-D )
The really good thing about attending summer classes is that the travel time from house to school is efficiently cut into half even smaller. The usual travel time of an hour and a half was reduced to a 40-minute fx ride. Plus, you can study in peace at the library with the WiFi at your disposal. No noisy students, no distractions.
I stayed at the library for the most part of the morning. At lunchtime, I met up with some of my batchmates who were present for their baccalaureate mass. Haha. They treated me lunch in Mang Inasal and, boy, I was so full with PM2. LOL. We went back to school and grouped with the others who were waiting.
It was really fun seeing them again. Though, of course, I can’t help but feel a little bit envious and hurt to the fact that they are already graduating and I am not. Well, there’s nothing much to do than to accept and live with the fact that I will still have to finish my summer class in order to be included in the graduating list for October commencement exercises. That’s still something to look forward to keep me going. Another thing, if things go according to plan, I will be able to take the board exam with them and hopefully become a topnotcher. Libre lang naman mangarap, sagarin mo na! Hahahaha!
