Three years ago today I taught my first-ever yoga class and I was SO FREAKING NERVOUS!! That day, I would have never believed it if you told me that I’d eventually be teaching four classes a week—and I would have been even MORE surprised to learn that my nerves have completely disappeared. There are few things I love more than teaching yoga and I hope it shows in my classes. Took a hot yoga class this morning with my long time friend (and -also one of my coaches) today, @krazykayte91 and it was one of the most amazing, sweaty, fun experiences✨🧘🏻‍♀️🔥 . Here lately I’ve been super lethargic and fatigued, but after drinking my superfoods and taking that class I felt sooo refreshed and energized! I need this everyday lol. I’ve even felt like my mind was freed a little, no worrying about rushing doing a bunch of crap that constantly weigh down on my mind. It’s been such a great day 😌🙏 . Like y’all I loved it so much I can’t wait to go again! I really gotta work on getting Mia liking the daycare center there. Jocelyn is out of school on Thursday so I’ll be bringing them together to see if that works better. We are truly a sum of all our experiences, everything that's happened makes up the layers that's uniquely YOU! Understand yourself and your worth, it doesn't matter if others don t, the journey is yours, know that your love is a gift to be received by you first; then others, its free and holds no barriers for the restless.kindness is also free, its ok to be kind to rude and diluted individuals, it shows self awareness and strength!after all you get back what you give out!  However you can choose who you to let in on your frequency.
