Green moray eels, like the one seen here staring into your soul from Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary , actually have rather poor eyesight. Instead relying on their strong sense of smell to help feed their long slender bodies. This makes it easier for the eels to hunt at night making the green moray eel a popular night dive sight!

Axolotls Are Cute

Lets talk axolotls a bit then if you are interested you can read more about them on our website. 💕

Axolotls can recognize their owners which is neat. Since they absolutely love to eat they will familiarize you with eating but if you were to give them more comfort they would also know you for petting them as well.

Axolotls will follow you as you move, follow your hand movements, and will even push themselves tapping on the tank glass eager to eat. Axolotls can eat from your hand which is almost like a trick in itself as some wild animals can take 2 times or 3 times as long to be conditioned, and build up enough trust to do just that.
