I know it is easier said than done to not stress out on Thanksgiving, the biggest eating day of the year. But, you have to remember. It's OKAY to enjoy yourself now and then. The truth is...You don't eat like this every day. And eating whatever you would like without stressing for a day isn't going to kill you. You're not going to gain weight. You may just feel and look a little bit bloated for a little while ;) Today is your cheat day. Enjoy it, embrace it, and be thankful for everything you have. No matter how small.
