Serious butt kicking
Tomorrow is going to be the start of some serious butt kicking. I've been taking it easy, eating a few too many treats, and coming up with lame excuses for skipping workouts. But I'm feeling reenergized and motivated to finish April strong and steady and start may with a bang. I'm already doing yoga on most days so in addition to that I'm going to kick up my weight training to 4 days a week and try to start a running routine (I'm not a great runner). Most importantly, just making sure to move everyday and if I have an easy day, to make the next day an intense day to stay on track. Who's with me?
