Fitness update
I've been working 14 hour days and haven't found the time to work out in two weeks 😣 my weight has stayed about the same, but I'm losing muscle mass. Anyone have any insight on how to get workouts in during the work day? My office has a gym, but I feel weird about using it during my lunch break and getting sweaty, and also weird about showering here to fix that problem.... and with all the networking stuff I have to do this summer, I usually have events right after I get off work at 6. I'm commuting 1.5 hours each way, so By the time I get home from these events, it's usually about 10. I leave at 7 am. SOS my progress is falling apart 💔
