I have been eating smaller amounts and working out consistently and feel I haven’t lost any weight and feel no less fat. thinking about buying kayla itstines guide… but its so expensive! what should i do?
Are you sure you have not lost any weight or you just feel like? Maybe it’s just starting slowly, but if losing weight haven’t started then your calorie intake could be still too high. ( you can easily cut it by leaving flour, sugar and oil out of your diet ) While excercising is an important part of losing weight, it mostly depends on your diet ( 70%! or so they say ), i recommend overviewing your meals before changing anything else. For sports, if your goal is to lose weight, the best is what you enjoy the most. :) (Also there is a possibility where too low calorie intake will result a “starvation-mode” preventing weight loss, so there is a minimum around 1000-1200 kcal which varies individually so about this i cannot say anything “blindly” )
