If you can’t have fun with your food, are you even eating? I made a •S’mores Protein Shake• this morning. After this photo, I heated it up to give it more of a s’mores texture. But as you can see, it’s very aesthetically pleasing even without. • 2 scoops of vegan protein powder, chocolate • 2 tbsp. of marshmallow fluff • 1 sheet of graham cracker • 8 oz. of soy milk • 2 oz. of water • ⅛ tsp. of salt (opt.) - Blend all the ingredients, except marshmallow fluff - Spoon fluff to the bottom of a mug - Pour the blended mix on top of the fluff. You can serve as is for a more gooey marshmallow, or heat in the microwave for 2 mins for a s’mores soup.
