Ok I'm 5 weeks into weight training and I am so freaking happy! I've slimmed down, I've gained muscles I didn't even know I had. I feel strong, sexy, confident :D and of course happy. This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself and I plan to keep going. I think strong women are hot and I want to look as strong and badass as I feel. If you have been considering getting into fitness of any kind you definitely should! Tonight was upper body with focus on my back. 2 power sets, 1 giant set, and cardio. Feels so good!! Just finished leg day take 2 for this week! 2 Super sets and 1 Giant Set and my legs are screaming D: at least I had Princess Mononoke to keep me company 💜💜 tomorrow is one of 2 rest days then back at it.
