workout plans...do ALL the workouts!
Our workout group is now doing Insanity and in addition to that I
do an hour of yoga offered on campus to faculty/staff students on Mondays (she's off in the summer so I'll probably do p90x3 yoga)
go to Tiger's World for a sort of kickboxing class with my boss Wednesdays,
and I'm lifting in the on campus gym on Fridays (think I'm going to do the Gluteal Goddess workout from strong curves since it's already in my workout notebook from when I was going to do it, thoughts?).
Add in (hopefully) my friend’s stretches she'd given me ages ago for splits, running (aiming for 200 mi this year) fencing with SCA, we keep going to the Airheads Airobics trampoline class thanks to groupon.... I don't think I'm forgetting anything.
What are your thoughts on the Gluteal Goddess plan, it's supposed to be 3 times a week, should I a) slow roll it and do it on fridays only, or b) go to the on campus gym more days? (Tuesdays before my shift starts would be doable, and then... idk what other day, I guess it would have to be thursday) Let me know your thoughts?
