food: Wow that's tough, I think I would like one of my mum's strawberry and raspberry roulade with blackberry coulis (nom!)

book: 39 weeks or harry potter (I queued outside whsmith just to get it when it came out)

I love my determination/motivation no matter what I'm going through. If people look inside themselves for motivation, the will find it a lot sooner than if they're looking for someone/something else to motivate them. =)

Hey Sophia! Congratulations on one year with your blog! That's fantastic! I hope it's been an amazing year for you! =) Why did you start YOUR blog?? I started mine because I was in a rut with my healthy journey. I was getting discouraged and had been on Instagram through most of my journey, but some people on there were discouraging me which made things worse. I thought I'd give Tumblr a try and I've fallen in love! Everyone here is so nice and I love it! =)
