So I've been trying to wake up at 6am recently to hit the gym at about 6:15am. Yesterday I was able to wake up at 6:30, but no workout. Today I had my alarm set for 6am, and got out of bed to turn it off, then I proceeded to lay in bed for the next hour dosing instead of going to the gym. I am disappointed with myself because I know that 1) the gym isn't busy at 6am so I will like going, and 2) I was awake and had my stuff ready so I should have went. I'm so frustrated with myself! I'm going to start making weekly fitness plans, to mix up my schedule but also because that way I will be stoked for my workouts that I have planned for that week! Hopefully this keeps me motivated. My goal is to lose at least 10lbs, hopefully reaching 15lbs if I can commit to a well balanced routine. Wish me luck!
