NSV (non-scale victory)!!! In the last six days, I have done the stairs 3 times. 168 stairs up; 168 stairs down. It’s crazy that just a year ago there was no way I could climb them. I would be out of breath and in a tremendous amount of back pain. Now I can do them, while having a conversation with my sister, and do them multiple times. I’m so excited to feel so much stronger, and can’t wait to be able to run up them!! Mondays. Love them or hate them, they come every seven days! 😂. Make the most of your day! The first step is always the hardest. I did the outdoor stairs again today. 168 stairs up. 168 stairs back down. I was in a car accident years ago in which I had dislocated my knee cap and shattered my plica. After the surgery and physical therapy, I still couldn’t go down stairs easily. I’m determined to FIGHT TO BE ME and conquer those stairs! I may be slow and have to take a little break, but I did it. And did it twice!
