Agents of Shield Rewatch 1x05 Girl in the Flower Dress

Oh boy, this is where things start getting good

I love how they let people speak the language they would actually speak! So often they force them into accented English for the audience but not here. It’s awesome!

We were never worthy of Ruth Negga. She’s incredible.

Poor guy thinks he’s about to get it with Ruth Negga and instead he’s abducted by guys in biohazard suits. Bad deal all around.

I totally have Jemma’s sweater from this ep. I wish it would get cool enough to wear it but I live next to the gates of Hell apparently so

I need Raina to come and title all my fics for me. She worked through this pretty quickly, and “Scorch” is probably better than anything I come up with.

Aww Daisy is the first person to officially get some on this show. Good for her.

At this point Daisy is clearly all-in with Shield even if she hasn’t admitted it to herself

This is our first hint that there’s more to Daisy than meets the eye

The Clairvoyant! Pieces are starting to fall into place for the bigger arc of this season. Exciting.

At the time I thought this episode was interesting, but of course I had no idea about the place of this in the grand scheme of things. How important all these people would become. 

Overall this gets 5 Angry Rando Hackers on the Rando Hacker Scale, but it gets a 10/10 on the Hindsight is 20/20 scale.

For the song of the episode we’re going  a little on the nose with “Fireball” by Pitbull featuring John Ryan. Look I’ve got a lot of episodes to pick songs for. Hahaha.

I really want Fitzsimmons (specifically would prefer Simmons) to introduce Deke to their newborn daughter.

I can just picture Jemma being like "I know it's not the same, but you lost her so young and now you get see her again. Even if it is a little... different."

My predictions on who the other two LMD’s are.

Okay if we think about this that file was manipulated by PhilBot so the data could be wrong for all we know, but it also could have been manipulated by Fitz who was all by his lonesome on the mission.

So my predictions are:

Mack (cause he was with Coulson at the time and get knocked out a lot)

Fitz (because strategically it would make sense to have a duplicate of him on the inside)

And, this is a stretch. the agent that escorted Jemma on the hunt for Aida (they did split up briefly and nobody would think to suspect him because he doesn’t have a high clearance nobody would look twice at him)

Daisy could be an obvious choice for infiltration but I don’t think she would be replaced, they pulled that Daisy getting kidnapped/used as a weapon angle last season. Also her powers cannot be duplicated, she described her powers in season two as millions of bees pressing against her skin wanting to escape her body (excuse me if that isn’t the exact quote) plus her powers are limitless there would be no way to copy that into a piece of hardware. Also there is no way that the leader of the Watchdogs would allow for her to stay on his submarine and risk her waking up and wreaking havoc on them, he would want to kill her and all of the originals are being kept alive for a reason. It would just be an unreasonable move on their part and way too risky, so I think that the data on that computer is a red herring meant to make Fitzsimmons suspicious and anyone else suspicious. I reckon that this is Daisy’s time to act as the director for S.H.I.E.L.D because all of the senior agents that could fill that role are indisposed, this could be the producers way of not only making Daisy fill in as director but to reintroduce the Secret Warriors because Inhumans powers cannot be duplicated.
