Robert Robertson III- Quality Time + Words of Affirmation
⚡︎ Robert’s not wealthy. He’s not the type to lavish you with gifts—hell, he hardly takes care of himself! Your constant presence is all he could ask for, though; he hardly understands how or why you were so patient with him but by god, he’s going to repay it every day.
⚡︎ He’s learned how to keep morale up. If you asked him, Robert wouldn’t call himself an expert with words, but he’s comforted a lot of people. He can see others and sees you just the same. He sees your joy and sadness and affirms it with skill.
⚡︎ Sometimes at home he just zones out. When he’s on his own he can decompress, but it’s not always the healthiest way. When you’re there, though, your words guide him and your presence grounds him. Even just the brush of you at his side while you settle down to binge-watch a show is enough to remind him he’s real and bring the world back into focus.
⚡︎ “You really don’t know how amazing you are,” he’ll comment out of the blue, sometimes in response to what you saw as the smallest kindness. Maybe that you saw it as no big deal was what was so amazing about it, though…
⚡︎ Beef is a built-in excuse to hang out that Robert thanks every day. You take him to the dog park together to help him get some exercise and as a result get to sit on a bench and pour your hearts out a little in between doggy pats!
⚡︎ His words are matter-of-fact but encouraging, signs of his steadfast belief in you. “You never know if you never try, right?” He reminds you with sassily crossed arms and a knowing smile. You hate that he’s right, but accepting changes is in fact easier with Robert by your side.
Victor AKA Sonar- Gifts + Physical Touch
⚡︎ What better chance to show off his wealth than lavishing everything his babe could ever desire? It's easy, but you also know deep down that it's more than that: it's Victor's way of showing he knows you. He remembers what you need, listens to what you want, and he alone wants to be the one who fulfills those dreams and provides for you.
⚡︎ His hands are always on you, possessive and proud all in one. You'll be held close to him unless you positively hate it, a casual arm around your shoulders much deeper when you know how much your boyfriend wants to show you off. His hold on you is his way of shouting from the hills that you're his and he's yours.

⚡︎ He’s not going to act like he’s clingy, pretending that touching you is only for satisfaction or “because you like it”, but that all is proven bullshit when you’re asleep and he winds his arms around you like losing you would cost him his life.
⚡︎ If Victor buys you clothing or accessories, he insists on being the one to put it on you himself, whether it’s strapping a watch around your wrist or fully guiding you into a dress and zipping or tying it slowly like reverse foreplay.
⚡︎ I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again! He literally purrs when you run a hand over his chest, back, or shoulders or pat his head, even if his ears fold and he acts all indignant.
Herman AKA Waterboy- Words of Affirmation + Quality Time
⚡︎ Insecurities have crept up at his back his whole life but if there’s one promise Herm wants to make (besides himself to you forever, the loyal love!) it’s that he’ll keep them off of you. Even if self-esteem isn’t as big of an issue for you than it is for him, words to fight those feelings are one of the ultimate displays of love in his eyes.
⚡︎ Asking for things isn’t his style. He doesn’t need much, only you. Your presence brings him an uncharacteristic comfort; why would he demand more?
⚡︎ He may turn bright red and stutter both when you’re complimenting him and when he’s expressing his own admiration, but believe me when I say he’ll never forget your words or your reaction to his as long as he lives.
⚡︎ Once he gets comfortable he can yap forever. Some of Herm’s favorite dates are you guys just sitting for way too long outside a cafe, even past the lifetimes of your drinks, shooting the breeze and learning lots about each other 🫶🏻 everything you say is getting catalogued in that sweet brain of his for later!
⚡︎ Even if it’s only been a day or two since you last saw each other, Herm always gets a little shy, grey eyes flicking from yours as he admits, “I-I missed you.”
⚡︎ Another date idea he absolutely loooooves is just sitting or laying down together listening to music! Little mutters of approval, changes in expression when you’re shocked by a breakdown, your eyes lighting up when a song on his playlist is one of your favorites too? All of it. He’s obsessed.
Alice AKA Prism- Words of Affirmation + Gifts
⚡︎ Hype and be hyped, that's her motto! One of them. Alice is always talking up both her friends and you. Telling you you look hot in that, that she knows you can do it, that your voice matters, it's ok if you speak up, that she likes you just how you are. She knows the power that words have, to heal and to harm, and just as she expertly wields them in her music she wants them to be a balm to your confidence and an answer to the question of if she loves you.
⚡︎ What can she say, she also likes spoiling you! Both taking you on shopping dates and simply being the one to grant you your favorite experience opportunities like getting you into shows you wouldn’t have had access to otherwise.
⚡︎ As much as she likes to lift your voice up and empower you, Alice is a hundred percent the ‘they asked for no pickles’ girlfriend!
⚡︎ The ultimate gift your girlfriend ever gives you is writing a song in your honor. It’s your little secret as she keeps you out of the spotlight, only letting on in public that it’s for someone special. You, however, were the first to hear it and you laughed and cried at her spot-on portrayal of you and your relationship, never having felt so seen and loved.
⚡︎ Alice is the one to volunteer you to show off your work whenever she can, forcing you into the spotlight not to make you unco, but so you can receive compliments and recognition from others beside her. Echo chambers are no good, but when a whole group of people happens to have the same exact sentiments as she does about what you do? “Huh,” she teases, tapping her chin with one gloved finger, “Guess it must be true then.”

Chad AKA Flambae- Gifts + Physical Touch
⚡︎ Chad prefers tangible displays of love, claims anyone and everyone can see. To wear a reminder of you every day and have you do the same has his heart going crazy! He loves the idea of showing you he’s thought of you and that almost imbuing a given object with his love, making you able to touch and feel it when he isn’t there.
⚡︎ When he is, though? You can touch and feel him instead 😌
⚡︎ He wouldn’t admit it unless you brought it up first, but Chad would actually really like the idea of wearing matching outfits or accessories. Not the exact same thing, he’s his own person with his own style, but coordinated or bearing some connection that makes what you mean to each other clear.
⚡︎ “Hold on,” he’ll tell you, smirking faintly at your tightening grip about his waist before he blasts you off into the sky, your amusement and your lifeline all in one.

Malevola Gibb- Quality Time + Gifts
⚡︎ I think we’ve all seen videos of ladies saying things like ‘I didn’t sleep with this guy on our date because I liked him’. Big Malevola energy. Sure, anyone can do that, but to show up for each other and choose to share silence? To be close enough to become each other’s built-in person and share those deep conversations with instead of just telling each other you’re hot? That’s the difference between attraction and love to her.
⚡︎ She can handle herself. And you, most likely. She doesn’t need crazy gestures or for you to pick up her hectic hero life and rest its weight on your shoulders. The little surprises you leave her and the fact you insist on paying for dates brings a smile to her face.
⚡︎ Swordplay practice is the perfect excuse for her to stay by your side, teasing you and guiding you and placing hands on your hips and arms. She loves listening to your own weapons knowledge, too, sitting cross-legged with you on breaks and nodding eagerly as you dab sweat and yap.
⚡︎ She wouldn’t ask for them, but Malevola loves flowers. Giving them or receiving. What? Corny, but it’s cute. It’s like a guilty pleasure for her when you hand her the black vase brimming with red and white flowers that remind you of her. She gets you your favorites, too, but her method of delivery is often pulling one out of the bouquet to tuck behind your ear and give a little flick to.
⚡︎ One of her favorite things to do is grab you by both hands and portal you away, whisking you off onto an adventure with gleeful laughter. What kind of adventure? It could be a bar, a water park, a stadium right before a sports game, who knows? Depends on her mood, but wherever it is is perfect because you’re with her.
⚡︎ Both languages work in conjunction for you guys; you’ll buy gifts that make for activities like recipe packages or legos, the latter of which has Malevola teasingly calling you a nerd, then immediately reassuring you she loves it and can’t wait to build it with you.
Colm AKA Punch Up- Physical Touch + Acts of Service
⚡︎ He’s proud of you and your relationship, the fact that you strengthen him even more and that he has someone to make him smile every day! He shows this with reassuring touches and playful ones alike.
⚡︎ He’ll tell you again and again: now that you’re his, he’s looking out for you. Protecting you and providing for you even if he’s well aware you can take care of yourself. It’s just the gentlemanly thing to do, how he shows he loves you and you’re his.
⚡︎ Takes every possible opportunity to use his strength and lift you up! Literally. Carrying you on his shoulders, picking up up for a kiss as if you aren’t much taller than him, even climbing up on stuff so he can dangle you from his arm like all the bodybuilders do!

⚡︎ It’s really surprisingly the little things for him. Opening doors for you, being the one to bandage your wounds, guiding you by the small of your back when you walk and even making sure to switch sides with you so he’s the one closest to the sidewalk. Just in case. He can take it, don’t worry 😌 you may still, but that’s what he tells you.
Janelle AKA Coupé- Acts of Service + Quality Time
⚡︎ Janelle isn't the most touchy-feely person. You know this, you appreciate or at least accept this, partially because it's her, it's her personality and her lived experience, but also because of how loud her actions speak. She would kill for you if she had to, she would die for you, she's the first person to stand at your side and echo your ideas because she believes in you just the way you are, and that's bigger to her than how often she holds your hand.
⚡︎ She may not speak much, filling every gap of silence, but your beautiful assassin chooses to be at your side. Protecting you, helping you complete your tasks, doing a form of 'parallel play' where she's sharpening her knives sitting next to you as you do your work or practice your own favorite hobby.
⚡︎ Instinctively puts her arm out in front of you and steps forward at the slightest hint of danger.
⚡︎ May not admit it immediately, but Janelle melts if you let her read to you or offer to read from her favorite novels aloud. Your head in her lap, her fingers running over your hair/scalp gently as one of your voices fills the air with fantasy…
⚡︎ She’s a surprisingly good cook. You’ll always have meals prepped for you, containers stocked in your fridge or even packed in a lunch bag for you. Blood on the side in case that’s not your thing 😆
⚡︎ You get her into your favorite movies, especially fantasy ones. She’ll curl up at your side and watch an entire Lord of the Rings marathon even. You’re one of few people she’ll stay at the side of for over twelve hours like that, only separating for snack/meal and restroom runs.
Bruno AKA Golem- Quality Time + Gifts
⚡︎ Bruno doesn't need much, just a comfortable presence, a few words, maybe a drink or something else that helps you unwind together and share a few thoughts.
⚡︎ He's not a materialistic guy, so you wouldn't expect him to rely on or want gifts. However, he’s always sharing, telling you mi casa es tu casa when you visit his little space, offering you tastes of any food he orders, patting spaces next to him even if they’re tiny so you know it’s yours to share.
⚡︎ If you’re down to get high with him, he’d love those moments. Be they him comforting your nerves, letting you snuggle into him as he tried to make himself soft as possible, or simply you two laughing over the dumbest shit in the world, your hands landing against him with little dust showers as he takes in his favorite sound: your unadulterated joy.
⚡︎ Sometimes flowers will poke through cracks in his body; it’s those times that Bruno will pluck them and hand them to you gallantly, tiny blooms pinched between his strong and yet so precise fingers of sorts.
⚡︎ Absolutely loves it when you ride on his shoulders or just use him like a giant couch! Silent or yapping, having you so close that you’re physically on him and seeking that comfort makes his magical heart go 💗
⚡︎ Bruno’s favorite gift to give you is experiences— taking you to music festivals and letting you get on him for that good good view, browsing art museums with you, taking you on a cruise even since he can fit on a boat that big!
Courtney AKA Invisigal- Physical Touch + Words of Affirmation
⚡︎ Of course if she likes you she's breaking those touch barriers sooo fast. Courtney's hands are all over you if you let them be.
⚡︎ That being said, it takes a lot more for her to admit this part out loud but we know she struggles a lot with insecurity and would actually really appreciate verbal confirmations of love, both giving and receiving.
⚡︎ She won't often tell you she's scared, but you're the first person she reaches for, her fingers closing lightly around your arm as her muscles stiffen.
⚡︎ “You know you love me.” Classic joke, but it’s true. Does she know it? You two always make sure the other does. Courtney's tone is sarcastic, but you still catch the flush that creeps onto her cheeks when the comment leaves her lips. “Every day of my life. You know you love me, too.” “Yeah,” Courtney answers with a smile, “‘course I do.” She depends on you, not that she wants you to know it. Don't tease her, just be there for her.
⚡︎ Appears before you, exhale ghosting over your lips as her dark eyes become visible right before yours. Lids dropping, lashes fluttering, as she places a surprise kiss on your lips that curves into a smile when you reciprocate and pull her closer.
⚡︎ You’ll never want for reminders of your beauty/handsomeness— it falls from Courtney’s lips again and again in both private and public moments.
Mandy AKA Blonde Blazer- Acts of Service + Words of Affirmation
⚡︎ Practically all Mandy knows is helping others. It's her passion, it's her job, it's both how she feels most useful and a practical way to show love. She's loyal and devoted and you will feel this in her actions.
⚡︎ You won't be void of reassurances, though. Mandy is also skilled with her words and ready with eloquent statements of her love for you, comforting yet practical reminders that always manage to cut into your sadness.
⚡︎ One of Mandy's favorite ways of spending time with you is bathing together, her sitting at your back and helping you wash your hair, take it down if you wear it up or in any sort of protective style. She knows you'll return the favor, so let her spoil you, rinsing and massaging you with water in the perfect temperature she remembered to use.

Not just distracting questions, but whispers that tug you out of darkness, words as a direct antithesis to the every burden pressing in on your lungs.
Katon-Ur AKA Phenomaman- Words of Affirmation + Quality Time
⚡︎ Katon-Ur gives the kind of love he wants most to receive, not out of selfishness but simply from seeing those methods as the ultimate form of love, hence his own cravings! He’ll tell you again and again, at least once a day, that you have a place in this world. An amazing one he feels every day and would miss so sorely if ever he lost the blessing of your presence. As someone who’s felt a lack of belonging or that he could disappear, he knows the feeling of uncertainty of others’ feelings and will never subject you to that. You will not just feel loved but know it by his words.
⚡︎ Words alone a relationship do not make and Katon-Ur knows this too. Words are the easiest thing to speak but when he is up to it he is a man of action and not a force on this earth will keep him away from you. Making time for you is a given, it’s as much a part of his day as sleep or sustenance. Because you are his sustenance in a way, the truest route to a good day, the anchor in his world and the presence that makes him feel he’s doing right even more than the people he saves.
