For once I had the chance so I had to use it... Participated the brandi new Helsinki City 5 event with Silvia and @eyeofmimi. We had a nice walk-run through the beautiful and sunny #Helsinki! At last minute I gave up my bibnumber for a Japanese runner who had not picked up her number on time. Earned many "Arrigatos" with that gesture. Even though this summer ranges from mild to cool, it’s sweaty work trying to get into shape, wanted to let my hair grow longer, but it’s not practical, so shave the sides. Put it in a man bun the other evening before jogging. Was quite successful at keeping my head cool, most of my hair even stayed in place as you can see in this after shot... still working on getting back to the form and fitness of this time last year, before I backslid with my mental health and depression.
