Valdres dining table  / Object recolor

Personally I love bright colors, but it doesn't always fit the style of my sim's house (There are some really boring modest sims out there...). I wanted some more traditional runners for my dining rooms and kitchens, so I made some simple recolors of the Run Run Runnerway table from Movie Hangout. The table is the same, only the runner is changed. The patterns are from traditional woven and embroidered Norwegian runners, to fit in to my Fjordsund theme.

Cecilie’s house / Residential lot

Second generation in Fjordsund needed uninhabited houses to move into, and this is the third in a series of starterhomes. This house is a typical Norwegian, wooden city house from the 19th century, and the lotsize is 30x20

The Prayer house / Community lot / Karaoke bar

This is the place where your sims can have religious meetings, revival meetings and other morally decent activities. This is also the place where the local choir have their choir practices, and during meetings they very often started and ended with a religous song. So for this reason, it's quite natural for the prayer house to be a - karaoke bar.

Rallarbrakka (The workers' barrack) / Residential lot

No matter how hard it is to be a sim, it was a lot harder to be a worker on the Norwegian and Swedish railroads in the 1890's These guys were tough in all ways. They worked hard under difficult conditions, rough weather and a long way from their families. However, there were also songs (rallarviser), drinks and jokes, and lifelong friendships. I toast to them!

The sims in some of the pictures will be uploaded separately in a few days.

Aunt Green, Aunt Brown and Aunt Lavender / Sims family

Elsa Beskow has given us the wonderful books about Aunt Green, Aunt Brown, and Aunt Lavender. I loved these books as a child, and I still do. And now I can have fun with this family in the sims. (You find their house here)

Stures Konditori at Stortorget / Community lot / Café

Don’t you miss to have a coffee and a snack? Let your sims enjoy themselves on this lot, where you find a wonderful café, antiqueshop, tailor’s workshop, reataurant and hairdresser.

The facade of the houses is a copy (or quite close to a copy) of Stortorget, Gamla Stan, Stockholm.

The small Tavern (Lille Kro) / Residential lot

In Sims 4 we can not live on a business lot. So why not make your home your business? Sure you have to invite all the customers, but is that a bad thing really? If you prefer to have the lot as a commercial lot/bar only, just change it in the lot information panel.
