Bio:

Seraphine is a creole arcanist who survived the "storm" in New Orleans, Louisiana. She often accompanied by Rene, a voodoo doll who happened to be an arcanist as well, their dynamic with Seraphine are like Regulus and APPLe.

Aside from her quirky attitude, Seraphine's life isn't that easy since she has to lived under the hardship of Jim Crow Racial Law.

I always wanted to make a Reverse 1999 OC and also a puppeteer themed OC. And I did plenty of research on Louisiana Creole when I made her, I may add some infos and designing their Insight 2 outfit and design
