Prompt: “What's the most garbage pop song you know that makes you think of Harry and Eggsy?”
@flarewarrior replied to your post “tfw you discover a wip draft that is seven months old and you probably...”
I hate that feeling
Yeah I’m struggling because - I clearly put quite a bit of work into this already? And I probably could finish it but it would be work to do so. And I don’t know if anyone’s still interested in seeing me finish the few Borderlands WIPs I still have.
I think the crux of it is, I don’t know that my heart’s still in it for this and another piece. When other people waffle about moving on from projects my advice is always to go where your heart is - so shouldn’t I take my own advice?

Written for FlareWarrior for Kingsman Stocking Stuffer. The prompt was for Eggsy to be a roboticist and to build Harry. But Harry is built too well and takes a life of his own.
Which idea came to you first in Engraved? & Which scene was your favorite to write in Enough To Live On? For the writer's meme :D
Thank you <3
In Engraved, I think Eggsy not being sure if Harry was his soulmate or not because he couldn’t remember the first words they exchanged was probably the first thing I thought of. I love soulmate AUs, but since good old angsty pining is my wheelhouse, I like to play with the different reasons a given ship might still be unsure of each other in such a universe. And with Hartwin, that age difference is a gold mine. I remember noticing that while in some AUs people are born with the mark, in others they don’t show up until a person is older, and I remember thinking that, hey, that means that Eggsy would have met Harry before he got his mark.
I think my favorite scene to write in Enough To Live On was probably the scene between Harry and Roxy. I really love her, and it was great to show off how smart and determined she is by having her try to connect with someone she couldn’t see or hear at all. But the first scene between Harry and Eggsy, right when Eggsy first sees him, was a lot of fun too.
(And the sex scene ngl. I remember that the one in my original draft was a little weak, and people on my dash were complaining about the dearth of Harry bottoming at around that time, and I decided to really go for it and had a great time)

Spies and Tailors and Dragons, Oh My!
For @flarewarrior
Relationship(s): Harry Hart | Galahad/Gary "Eggsy" Unwin Rating: G Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply Word count: 3163
Summary: Because Harry Hart is a drama queen, he crashes his own bloody funeral with a parachute and an open rainmaker and a great big eye patch, like some sort of pirate Mary Poppins drifting down to grace the mortals with her presence.
Author’s notes: From the prompt: "Harry crashes his own funeral. People are generally angry, except for Eggsy, who runs up and leaps into his arms for the most Disney kiss anyone's seen in real life. They weren't together" with the addition of the tag for "mythical beings & creatures" and "wings".
flarewarrior replied to your post: I just keep remembering that someone asked Rupert...
Oh man I want to see that XD

Bad is better than nothing as long as there's context to round out the meaning
exactly it’s not like it’s just text. it’s comics so there’s art alongside it so I can use that as cues to figure out a proper translation from what it spits out
