OVERALL VERDICT

Loved it. Cars 3 actually came out today in Australia (22/06/17) but I was lucky enough to go to a special Pixar advanced screening on Monday night - you can read about that here. I know that a lot of people are feeling a little sceptical about Cars 3 due to the lack of popularity around Cars 2 (although I actually enjoyed Cars 2...) but this instalment feels like the first one. The characters, the locations, the humour. There are some strong themes and lessons that come through and I just think overall they smashed it.
