On Tuesday I had a bad mental health turn. The easiest became the hardest, and the hardest became impossible.
Today I gave Tuesday the middle finger, and showed myself exactly why I should never give up doing what I love.

And then my face just went full gurn, but to be fair, I haven't shoulder mounted for like four years and was so fucking pleased so eh, w/e

Made ridiculous progress in 2 days with my forearm backbend/crab!!
On the 6th I had done 2 hours of pole out in the sunshine and then did a half hearted go at flexing to make the most of the hot weather
On the 8th, I did nothing strenuous all day until the evening and this was about half and hour into a flexing/stretching sesh wearing my waist warmer and working up a real sweat...still annoyed I couldn't quite touch my feet GRRRRR!!!!
