Summary: Back during their time as Castella’s prisoner, Holland bonds with Trente-Cinq over a mutual dislike of the doctor. Cinq, sympathetic to their plight, offers to make their stay a bit more comfortable — and after a run-in with Flomme, one of Director Wuste’s allies, Holland could certainly use it.

See? What'd I tell you?

  Flomme landed shakily in the Astral Plane, axe still in hand (unfortunately, its fiery companion was dispelled in the transition). She felt somewhat nauseous and her ears were ringing as she braced herself and cursed under her breath. If there was one thing she wasn't expecting that morning, it was to be forcibly sent to another plane of existence.

  Either way, the hothead readied the axe in her hands, and watched Archie. "Well well, Kid Dracula's not so much of a kid anymore, is he?" she mused, taking in her opponents new look. He certainly looked imposing, but time would tell if he was any more dangerous.

"A shame," Flomme said with a grin, "you were hardly someone to look at before, now you're just someone hard to look at!"

  Some would say that this was a horribly inappropriate time for banter, and that Flomme was asking for trouble. If one was to ask Flomme why she thought making fun of the Vampiric monster was in any way a good idea, she would respond as follows:

"Yes."

This could only lead to disaster.

  Flomme followed Archie out to the backyard, tossing on her yoga pants and sneakers as they went. she didn't bother with her sweater, considering the amount of fire that was soon to come.

"I'll have you know, you can't win," she said, yawning, "when it comes to fire I'm the best around here, Aim not included."

  As her gracious Vampiric host led her out into the light of the backyard, Flomme shielded her eyes and took a look around, surveying the area and starting to figure out how best to light this fire. She briefly considered lighting up the house behind them, but shook the thought away.

Arson could come later.
