Dating Mirio HC

Look, this is another one of no one asked for it, but I just had these stuck in my head and sometimes I just write for me UwU. Requests are still in the making! No worries, even the older ones are slowly getting written out! Enjoy 

2nd person. GN Reader. No warnings, all the fluff 

Dating Mirio is probably a relationship grown out of friendship. He just has such an attractive and charming personality that seems to draw people to him, and you were one of the people that actually stuck around. 

He’s the one to always cheer you up, he knows just the right things to say to make you feel better! 

And with that comes the most sincere and genuine compliments, sometimes delivered a little clumsily because he’s wearing his heart on his sleeve and his thoughts of love just kind of flow out of his mouth before he can think them over. 

He’s got that himbo energy a little, but he’s smarter than you would initially think, and you can actually have long, meaningful conversations with him as you’re sitting in the park, walking around patrolling or just snuggling. 

And speaking about snuggles. Hugs. All the hugs with this man. His main love language is physical touch, and he gives the best hugs. Just the right amount of pressure to feel safe, warm and protected, and he makes them last the perfect amount of time.

Cute nicknames! He’ll try out a bunch, but keeps coming back to sunshine, no matter how many times you point that in fact, he is your sunshine and not the other way around. 

No matter if you’re taller than him or smaller, and actually no matter your body type, he will actually carry you around every now and then. It’s mostly for giggles, especially if he knows it embarrasses you, it gives him the opportunity to make you bury your face in his neck. 

Loves dates away from the city, so he can enjoy nature and your company without getting interrupted. 

Hikes, go swimming, beach days… you name it and if he has free time he is ready to go! 

But he’s also up for super casual dates, going to the movies, going out for dinner, or just staying indoors, ordering takeout and watching something on TV. 

Every now and then he does like more romantic grand gestures, such as showing up to a casual at-home date with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, or changing the reservation to another restaurant he knows you have been dying to try out. 

Speaking of free time, he doesn’t have a lot due to his rigorous training and studying schedule at first, then it’s interning, and once he’s a fulltime hero it becomes even less. He does try to make time for you and quality time specifically, and when that becomes hard to do, he will make sure to stop by for lunches, involve you in things that are not dangerous… anything to make sure you know that he still thinks about you even when he’s too busy to enjoy your actual company. 

He’s also the kind of guy to set an alarm 10 minutes early every day, just to use those 10 minutes to snuggle with you. Doesn’t matter if you wake up or not, he leaves with a kiss and comes home with a kiss.

Who’s more likely to find who wearing their clothes?: I imagine it’s a mutual thievery born of the respect they have for one another’s fashion style. #necessity.Who initiates hand holding?: Jade does this more than Stasia, I think, because Stasia is still getting used to asking for affection and/or being the one to start affection. Whichhurts.Who likes having their hair washed by who?: I think this, also, is a mutual thing. Stasia loves having her head scratched or rubbed in general, so maybe Jade has impromptu spa or salon days for her?Who likes to slow dance?: They probably both enjoy dancing to more upbeat tempos than they do slow-dancing, I reckon? But when they do, it’s always very cuddly and sweet. Hard to say who enjoys it/starts it more, though. Muse that’s more likely to fall asleep with their head in the others lap?: Stasia probably always ends up with Jade asleep in her lap because she is 50% cat and 100% pettable; says Stasia, and the combination results in a dozy Jade. Muse that does all the cuddling in a blanket fort?: This is also probably Jade, because cat.Who hogs most of the covers at night?: Also also Jade, albeit she could make an argument for the Mediterranean gal’s penchant for preferring to be warm at night. > > It’s a constant battle, I have no doubt. Muse who nuzzles the others shoulder to get them to give them a head rub?: this is so a Jade thing let’s not even pretend this wasn’t meant to be a cat-related gesture.How do they share a desert? Two forks or one?: They’re the dorks who share one fork. For sure. “Bella Note” probably plays in the background. Who gets jealous more easily?: I think Stasia would be more prone to any form of jealousy, but they’re both so respectful and understanding of one another I can’t foresee it ever being an issue. Who gets angered more easily?: Stasia probably has the nastier temper of the two. Blame the harpy genes. How do they go to sleep at night?: Stasia likes to curl around Jade and keep her as close as possible. That or hug a pillow. She’s very much a conform-to-hold-something sleeper. Who gets the most shoulder rubs?: Stasia gives’em to Jade whenever she sees her working on a particularly tricky assignment. What are there arguments/fights like? How often do they fight?: I imagine they’re super shallow silly fights like who they want to win American Idol, okay.Who is more likely to throw things in fights?: This is also Stasia, but it’s impulsive and she is immediately sorry.How do they make it up to each other/apologize after an argument?: ICE CREAM, pop music, dancing, and/or probably a whole lot of kissing and hugging and being cheesy.Do they have nicknames for each other?: I don’t feel like they do, other than Stasia occasionally referring to Jade as “kitten”? Caring for each other while ill, how does the other muse go about it?: Stasia really doesn’t handle sickness well, so she’d scurry away and send someone [probably Izzy] to take care of Jade while she kept her company from a distance. Sorry Jade this just so isn’t her thingggg. Who’s more likely to be patching the others wound?: ...I’m sure Jade’s had to patch Stasia up from time to time.Muse that says ‘I told you so’, after they come home from the beach and other muse is burnt to a crisp while whining how bad it hurts for not listening and putting on sunblock after the other muse repeatedly told them they’d get burnt?: They definitely trade off on this one, albeit Stasia thankfully doesn’t burn as bad as you’d expect. It can totally still happen though. Your otp has a newborn baby, who gets up in the middle of the night when he/she cries?: ...Stasia so never wants kids so I can’t even fathom this to be perfectly honest. 8′| up to you, Jade. Your muse’s of the otp reaction to finding the others crying about something? And how do they make them feel better?: Initial reaction: kill whatever made Jade cry. And make it suffer. Second reaction: hold Jade until the crying stops and get her to talk about it, providing water, tissues, and fresh makeup should she need it. Also calling in the troops from Ish to Q and Jade’s dads and just. Everyone. Call in the cavalry. What would they be like as parents?: I cannnn’t imagine aaaaaWhat would they have been like as childhood sweethearts?: Probably super cute girls who were close in elementary school, grew apart in middle school, and got together officially in high school, probably at prom?? Who initiates taking a bath together?: Going with Stasia with the Lush bath bomb in the bathroom for $500, Alex.Who likes who playing with their hair?: It’s a trade-off, because cat and birb.The place they mostly likely accidentally fall asleep together?: The blanket fort.
