I love it when a plancake comes together! This is the breakfast dreams are made of ❤️ This is the #jianbing, a #chinese crepe or #pancake, whatever your word preference, that has an egg spread onto it and topped with bean paste, lettuce, sausage, and a cracker called #baocui then folded and cut in half from #LiangPiWang stall at the #NewYorkFoodCourt in #flushing #queensny #nyc and it’s perfect for a #flushingfoodcrawl, easy to share and walk with while you scout more food! It’s doesn’t hurt that it’s totally delicious, especially with that fun crunch in the middle you get from the baocui! Tonights #featureQNSfriday goes out to @sous_jeff with the Wonton in Hot Chili O from #whitebear in #flushing #queens #nyc and it’s the classic of #flushingeats. Not spicy as the name suggests, just lots of warmth and flavor for these cold days and nights.
